Generator set FRAMES Biogas Processing Plant Complete Biogas Pro

For Sale: Complete Biogas Processing Plant – Excellent Condition It is important to note that this bioplant is, in many cases, equipped with double components, which essentially means that production can continue at all times, even during maintenance on individual components. Manufacturer: Frames Typ: BGP Building year: 2016 Serial number: RTO-101871 We are offering a complete Biogas Processing Plant. This installation is designed to convert raw biogas into clean, upgraded biogas suitable for various applications. All process steps are clearly illustrated in the photos provided with this advertisement. Specifications: Type: Biogas Processing Plant Biogas Processing Plant Raw biogas is produced from multiple digesters. This gas contains methane (CH?), hydrogen sulfide (H?S), carbon dioxide (CO?), and water. Prior to this installation, the biogas undergoes partial cleaning in separate desulfurization units. The remaining H?S is then removed in the Laminol® Unit, where it is converted into elemental sulfur. The gas is then compressed, cooled, and dried to the correct dew point using a glycol (TEG) system. Before delivery, the quantity and quality of the biogas are carefully measured. A dedicated cooling system with warm and cold water circuits ensures the process operates efficiently. This setup guarantees reliable production of clean, high-quality biogas suitable for further use. Component brands: High-quality components from reputable manufacturers Condition: Excellent, professionally maintained Capacity: Available upon request (technical documentation provided) Advantages: Fully modular system, quick to install and commission Proven, reliable technology for stable operation Comprehensive maintenance and service history Suitable for various applications such as agricultural digestion, waste processing, or industrial biogas projects The machine will remain operational and can be seen in working condition until the end of August. After that, it will be dismantled and stored dry. For serious inquiries or further technical details, please contact: Note: Technical documentation and site inspection available by appointment.
