Chassis:

Longitudinal members of Hot rolled/welded I beams of Grade ST 52-3 or equivalent. All other Pressed steel channels/Plates of Grade ST 37-2 or equivalent.

Floor/Side/Head:

6 mm / 5 mm / 4 mm plate, stiffened with pressed steel channel. Mild steel plate.

Door:

Tail door is top hinged and auto locking devise at bottom-spring Loaded.

Stabilizer:

Scissor type stabilizer, made of heavy steel structure with heavy duty hinges. Moving joints of high tensile steel shafts and bushes with grease nipple.

Axle/Suspension:

3 x 12 Tons axles, “VB” type multi leaf mechanical Overslung spring suspension, normal track width.

Rims:

6+1 nos. 11.75 x 22.5 Rims (10 bolts)

Tyres:

6+1 nos. 385/65 R22.5 tyres.

Brakes:

Twin line Drum brakes, acting on all wheels with ‘S’ cam actuation. Two single acting diaphragm brake chambers per axle. Service & Emergency Relay valves Automatic load sensing valve. Air reservoir. Manual parking brake.

Hydraulics:

Hyva / Equi. Hydraulic Cylinder front end mounted. (Wetkit & PTO are not included in offer)

Landing gear:

Two speed mechanical landing legs Jost / SAF (Sauer) / Valx.

King pin:

Jost® 2” dia. to SAE standard (Germany), Interchangeable to 3.5.

Electrics:

"7 way quick release connector, Pair of 24 volts rear light units, each comprising tail light, brake and signal lights fitted with high intensity bulbs Aspock® or equivalent. 4 nos side markers on either sides. Registration plate lamps. Reverse light & horn. Rotating beacon at rear.

Painting System:

Surface treatment - Grit blasted to S.A.2.5 (Swedish Std) One coat of Zinc rich epoxy primer and top coat of high gloss Polyurethane finish paint in single colour. (Customer to specify).

Warranty:

One year from the date of delivery of product from all manufacturing defects. Wear & Tear parts are not included.
